Safety Muster & Toolbox Talk
All site personnel assemble for daily safety briefing, PPE check, and work zone assignments before any activity begins.
Drawing Review & Work Orders
Engineers review latest structural drawings, RFI responses, and issue daily work orders to respective foremen.
Site Execution Begins
Concrete pours, rebar work, formwork, MEP rough-ins β all trades working in coordinated zones under supervisor oversight.
Progress Review & QC Check
Project engineer walks all active zones, conducts quality checks, records progress against milestone schedule, escalates any deviations.
End-of-Day Report & Handover
Daily progress report submitted digitally, tools secured, site inspected, and handover briefing given to night security team.
